民進黨發言人楊家俍上午表示，總統當選人蔡英文講得非常清楚，憲法上沒有多數黨組閣的空間，任命閣揆是總統職權，憲法規定非常清楚，希望回歸憲法規定處理。至於毛內閣總辭也屬於總統職權，憲法也有規定，民進黨予以尊重。
